Access is given to a Central Calendar, for availability requests
Reservations are made by blocking off the relevent period with the Central Agent
Keys are made available to the booking agent the day before the rental at Central Cannes (or before, by special request)
Servicing and Guest Support are carried out by the Guests Agent
